Description
Until recently, American troop ships favored heavy armaments. With guns giving way to engines, the ironclads would reach their destination but would be unlikely to stand much hope of success. That decision was changed after several remote facilities were damaged or destroyed by the faction known as the Scavengers. While the bulk of troop ship would still be carried on heavily armed vessels, a lighter range of troop transports was ordered.
